Deqmac Limited, is a reputable Valuation and Real Estate Consultancy company
based in Kenya founded by a team of energetic individuals with requisite skills,
experience and knowledge in Property/Asset Valuation, Real Estate Agency &
Management and property development (feasibility studies) with the prime
objective to provide long term effective solutions in the real estate sector.
Brief History
The founders of the company are professionals who have worked with reputable real estate firms in Kenya for over 7 years. In their years of practice in employment, the dedicated founders obtained notable experience in Property/Asset Valuation and estate agency and decided to come together and incorporate Deqmac Limited on 5th May, 2020 so as to offer a variety of solutions to the society in several sectors in the real estate field.
They are the leading consultants in the company and are registered under the various statutory bodies which regulate the professional services for Valuers and Estate Agents including the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya which is affiliated with a number of International professional bodies. Deqmac Limited is centered on the belief of client satisfaction; we provide workable complete solutions to timely meet clients’ needs amongst the ever changing real estate market trends & conditions.

Professional Indemnity
Our company maintains a limit of Kshs. 100 million which covers all our operations in all parts of the country . The high premium is purely because of the high value valuations that we handle and anticipate to handle at any given time.
The firm maintains good contacts in all Government and Local Authorities’ Offices for the provision of the relevant data.
- Valuation of both movable and immovable assets, including loose assets i.e. fixtures fitting, equipment, furniture, land, buildings etc
- Valuation of specialized assets; plant and machinery including:- Auto mobile i.e. motor vehicles and related equipment.
- Due diligence and Feasibility Studies
- Real Estate Agency and Property Management including sales and lettings, rental surveys, condition surveys, etc.
- Environmental Impact Assessment and Audit (EIA/A).
- Asset tagging
The directors and team of valuers at Deqmac Limited have profound knowledge and vast experience in undertaking valuation of all types of assets both movable and immovable including real estate (Land & Building), plants and machinery, motor vehicle and other automobiles, office equipment and furniture, fittings and trading stocks, stock and shares among others.
These assets have been valued for a variety of purposes including mortgages, Insurance, lending, sale, purchase, disposal, acquisition purposes, financial reporting/statement, privatization, rental assessment, liquidation among others.Â
